ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This class is responsible for supervising and implementing the payroll system for an assigned group of clients. The work also includes performance of difficult, complex, or specialized administrative office support work, which requires a high level of independence, initiative, and discretion.
Job Duties for Payroll Administrator
This position works within our processing department and is an integral part of managing our client’s payroll. You will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals managing the following day to day responsibilities:
Manage 3-25 client relationships
Interact with business owners & obtain/ monitor payroll data for processing
Process payroll for clients in a timely and accurate manner
Answer client questions regarding payroll processing system
Strong financial analytic skills
Provide support to processing & operations team as needed
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
Ability to complete back work projects in an efficient, timely manner
Qualifications for Payroll Administrator:
Previous payroll processing experience required
Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or related field
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of cloud-based payroll software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
