ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9 hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm, including a one hour lunch
Core Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following;• Provide a full spectrum of nurse practitioner services, including supervision, general screening, medical care, immunizations, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling.• Technically direct and educate staff, deliver evidence-based lectures, and participate in in-service training.• Diagnose and treat patients within accepted protocols, practice guidelines, and in consultation with a physician.• Promote preventive care, annual physicals, health behaviors, and self-care through education and counseling.• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams, ensure universal precautions, and identify conditions requiring isolation.• Participate in staff meetings for case discussions, continuous education, and quality improvement.• Maintain proficiency in electronic health records and software applications for proper documentation or the ability to revert to paper documentation when systems are unavailable.• Continually expand their knowledge and skills, staying updated on the latest medical procedures, knowledge, and guidelines, aligning with the scope of practice established by the overseeing physician.
Additional Duties Licensed Vocational Nurse will also be assigned administrative duties, such as medical clearances and appointment scheduling. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Effectively utilize electronic health records and software applications for appropriate documentation of assessments, interventions, and evaluation of patients' plans of care.• Attend staff meetings to provide case discussions, continuing education, and continuous quality improvement and safety.• Perform peer reviews
Minimum Qualifications:• Degree: Master's degree in nursing.• Education: Graduate from an academic program in the nursing specialty accredited by a recognized nursing accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).• Certification: Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by ANCC, AANP, or appropriate national certification organization.• Experience: Minumum of 1 years NP experience after graduation
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license* Life Support Certification: Possess current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification. * Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
