ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Duties: Develop, create, and modify SAP business management software. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Assist with SAP GRC Access control (10, 5x) migration. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Identifiy and implement security changes to reduce exposure to unauthorized system access. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Perform technical troubleshooting for complex authorization issues. Design, develop and modify software systems to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Process validation and implementation of change control processes. Help to coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Assist and advise team on SAP GRC Access control, SAP R/3, SAP HR/HCM, SAP BI 7.0 and SAP Enterprise Portal 7.0 for security implementation, system enhancements and production support responsibilities. Design preventative, mitigating and compensation to ensure the appropriate level of protection and adherence to the goals of the overall SOX or Compliance strategies for various clients.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, or three years of experience in any occupation providing the required skills and abilities. In the alternative, the employer will also accept a similar Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience.
