ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager with a strong background in overseeing and executing large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a seasoned leader capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. This role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, considering all aspects of the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables and milestones.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.
Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.
X years of experience in program management, specifically overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP implementations from initiation to post-implementation support.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
Knowledge of integration strategies with other systems and applications.
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies during ERP implementations.
