Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP systems, including Munis/Tyler. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring the smooth running of our ERP system. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on ERP system issues, including Munis / Tyler
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches
• Assist with ERP system testing and implementation
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide recommendations to management
• Train end-users on ERP system functionality and new features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1 years of experience in ERP system support, including Munis / Tyler
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with SQL scripting and database management
• Knowledge of ERP system architecture and integration with other systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
