EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. The Case Manager is responsible for trauma-informed case management, crisis coordination, and making appropriate referrals to community partners. This position reports to the Program Manager.
Compensation: The annual salary range is $48,000 - $56,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a $500/month health reimbursement for employees; all regular, full-time employees accrue PTO time at a rate of 176 hours per year or 14.67 hours per month their first year; a mental health day each quarter; 9 holidays and a week-long Winter Break at the end of the year; there is a potential 1-time moving stipend.
