Position Summary
The Sr. Project Manager (Implementation Lead) will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all pilots & rollouts at Looma. We recently signed contracts that grow our network 4x over the next 6 months, and we have a bevy of additional pilots & rollouts going live in the coming 12 months. This role will be responsible for (a) ensuring our pilots & rollouts launch on time, within budget, and with elegance; and (b) our retail partners have a phenomenal experience working with us. They should describe our partnership as masterfully managed by Looma with minimal work required on their end. In addition to pilot & rollout project management, this role will oversee a number of key vendor relationships, lead a small team (small initially, that is), and generally serve as the standard-bearer for “polish” at Looma. The ideal candidate likely keeps a color-coded closet and is exceptionally shrewd in navigating complex enterprise dynamics.
The responsibilities for this role can be split into four primary categories:
Pilot and rollout oversight, execution and management (60%)
Roadmap planning and budgeting (15%)
Process improvement and streamlining operations (15%)
Team management (10%)
