We are looking for a dynamic Service Writer to join our Missoula, MT team! Our ideal candidate will provide a high level of proficiency in customer service, multi-tasking, and excels in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attend daily service meetings
• Record Service Technician time into EBS (our business operating system)
• Create detailed, segmented work orders
• Open, update data, and close work orders
• Create customer sales quotes
• Receives in-coming equipment for service and tracks all equipment
• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Handles all cash service sales and customer payments in cash box
• Handles all Service department emails and correspondence
• Routes Service department calls and take messages as needed
• Schedules service appointments
• Process vendor invoices through the accounts payable program
• Print and distribute daily WIP and shipping reports
• Process, create, and submit warranty claims as needed
• Enter daily IFTA Logs
• Conduct self professionally in the presence of customers and community
• Participate in available company sponsored training opportunities, including online training courses
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in use of computers
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High school graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
