Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst, Sr. may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst, Sr. requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Job Title: Application/Systems Analyst Sr
Location: This position is remote, with the preference for this person to come in a few times per year based on project work or need. It is preferred that candidates are local or within a commutable distance to Milwaukee.
What you will do:
Provides support, analysis, configuration, development, testing and implementation services for assigned third party Diagnostic applications. This may also include other related applications.
Identified as an application expert and primary contact in Diagnostic applications. Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature. Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to Change Control and Testing methodologies and all other related CHW documentation standards.
What you will need:
* Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
* Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with upgrades, support, implementations and a good understanding of integrations
* Strong project management skills as demonstrated by leading medium to large projects
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills
