EHR Application Analyst, Sr. plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst, Sr. may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst, Sr. requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Expected pay for this position is $35.33 - $41.57/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Application Analyst is responsible to evaluate, plan, design, configure and project manage implementations to customers of commercial software application systems specifically relating to the general ledger, fixed asset, and accounts payable modules. Analyze, test, and troubleshoot installed systems. Provide documentation to support system design, testing, and training. Assist with the management of customer expectations and interactions as well as participate in team quality management initiatives. Regularly travels up to 40% to internal and external customers.
