EHR Application Analyst, Sr. jobs in Montana
EHR Application Analyst, Sr. plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst, Sr. may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst, Sr. requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Required Job Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience. *1 year experience leading project. *Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio. *Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise). *Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes. *Business acumen. *Project management skills. *Requirements definition and management. *SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development. *Problem solving and/or analytical thinking. *Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable. *Written and verbal communications Preferred Job Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology. *Business process management and modeling. *BA Certification**Experience working in healthcare industry Are you being referred to one of our roles?
