EHR Application Analyst jobs in the United States

The Application Analyst, EHR will serve as a system expert in specific Epic Applications (EpicCare, MyChart, Beacon, EpicCare Link, etc) and oversees the staff in the department.  They will participate in the system design, build validation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of designated Epic applications. Thoroughly documenting user workflows as well as design decisions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or applicable field (i.e. Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Medicine, or affiliated health profession) and three years work related experience in the information technology field or applicable field (i.e. Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Medicine, or affiliated health profession); OR 

• Associate’s degree in computer science or applicable field (i.e. Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Medicine, or affiliated health profession) and four years work related experience in the information technology field or applicable field (i.e. Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Medicine, or affiliated health profession); OR 

• Five years work related experience in the information technology field or applicable field (i.e. Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Medicine, or affiliated health profession) 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record in a clinical setting, preferably EpicCare.
