EHR Application Analyst jobs in Florida
EHR Application Analyst plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Data Management and Reporting:- Utilizes various methods to collect and communicate data to other departments within the organization, as required on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Information System Management:- Enters, updates, resets, or retrieves employee data using various information systems as needed.
- Supports and maintains Payer Portals.
- Manages IS Help Desk tickets.
- Assists KanTIme (EHR) users with tasks such as password resets, profile setup, reports, and system functionality.
Problem-Solving and Training:- Exhibits a high level of patience, a pleasant demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Possesses the ability to educate others on the effective use of various systems.
Multitasking and Adaptability:- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask effectively, adapting to daily fluctuations and volume surges.
