EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. **Clinical:** * Provides athletic training services to area recreational groups, schools, and other organization as assigned * Assist with Saturday morning clinics * Assist with planning and implementing pre-season physicals for athletes * Remains competent in the following areas: * Modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrotherapy * Therapeutic exercise * First Aide * Attends and provides continuing education in servicing * Serves as mentor for new employee(s) or volunteers * Serves as clinical supervisor for student athletic trainers while completing their hours **Budget:** * Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of sports medicine supplies and remaining within the monthly supply budget * Charges patients appropriately and in a timely manner for treatment and equipment **Other:** * Must be competent in use of computer for documentation and charging purposes * Must provide own transportation **Requirements:** * Must have a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training/Physical Education or Sports Medicine or related field * Must hold a current Mississippi License * Must be certified in CPR * Must demonstrate competency in assessment and treatment of the following areas where applicable: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and GeriatricsRequirements:
