Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
