EEO Trainer jobs in Alabama
EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary- Twisted Cycle is looking for top-notch TRAINERS that are able to command a group fitness environment and are willing to go above and beyond for our members. Twisted Cycle TRAINERS play a vital role in implementing our company culture, facilitating relationships through fitness, and providing a world-class fitness experience for anyone that walks through our doors. You will be required to run our group fitness classes, follow the daily workout protocol, help the sales associates when needed, and keep our members coming back for more.
Responsibilities:- Must complete and pass the entire TrainerU training process
- Deliver the Twisted Cycle workout to an outstanding standard for members of all fitness levels
- Ability to modify exercises to accommodate injuries or other preventatives
- Retain the studio’s members through intentional engagement while providing an excellent Twisted Cycle experience
- Grow a studio’s memberships through the Twisted Cycle sales process
- Uphold studio appearance as a team player while advancing the Twisted Cycle culture of a positive work environment
- Engage and curate member and employee relationships inside and outside of the studio.
Qualifications- Are enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and outgoing
- Utilize interpersonal skills to engage members daily
- Have active nationally accredited group fitness certifications
- Are adaptable and coachable
- Can lead and replicate the Twisted Cycle experience
- Have the willingness to follow our sales system
- Have excellent communication skills
