Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary: The Employment and Educational Opportunity Specialist develops, implements, and ensures compliance with Title II, Title VII, Title IX, Section 504, and other equal opportunity laws at the state and federal levels. In serving as the Title IX investigator and coordinator this position assists the office of the assistant superintendent in receiving and investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment related to students to determine violations of policies; making recommendations for findings and resolutions; assisting with the protocols and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal laws and board of education policy.
Salary: Grade 7: $75,895.46 - $106,594.38 DOE
Work Day: 8 hours per day
