Overview

Each employee plays a specific role in ensuring our success. We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer service agent/maintenance to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. CSA/Maintenance will be responsible for assisting as a CSA, by providing maintenance/janitorial services to support the parking operation.

We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Experinence in Cashiering.
• Proactive organizational skills.
• Clean and safe background/driving record.
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Dependent upon location, employee might have to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods.  The Supervisor should be able to fill in for the other operational duties in the absence of staff when needed. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.

*Supervisor will be responsible for the managing of operations/employees with shift flexibility.*
