The Community Child Care Council is looking for a Resource Specialist to join the
4Cs team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients,
providers, and community members. In addition to answering department phone
calls, the Resource Specialist is responsible for updating the Childcare Eligibility List
(CEL). The Specialist may have additional program responsibilities, such as Case
Management, CCIP, etc.
