EEO Manager manages the administration of programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Designs and implements procedures to ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a EEO Manager oversees initiatives to foster knowledge and adoption of diversity and inclusion topics and best practices, and to ensure the organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Uses statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. Additionally, EEO Manager may be responsible for managing diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The EEO Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a EEO Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Benefits:

    Salary: 

    $105,000-$120,000

    • This position is eligible to participate in the Signode annual bonus program with a target of 10% of base salary.

    Summary

    The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the organization's efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of its objectives.

    Essential Functions

    • Manage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the organization's goals.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operations.
    • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet the organization's operational requirements.
    • Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure products or services meet the organization's expectations.
    • Implement quality assurance processes and corrective actions as needed.
    • Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
    • Minimize wastage and ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Develop and manage budgets for the organization's operational expenses.
    • Control costs and ensure the efficient use of resources.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust operations accordingly.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments and senior management within the organization.
    • Collaborate with different teams to streamline processes and achieve common goals for the organization.
    • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Create contingency plans for unforeseen challenges within the organization

    Position Qualifications

    Education:

    • High School Diploma
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management, or a related field preferred

    Experience:

    • 5-7 years of experience in operations with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
