SUMMARY
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and direct supervision of all activities within the Finance department to ensure the accurate reporting of revenue figures throughout the property. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related area, or 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 10 lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a moderate noise environment. When on the casino floor the noise level increases to loud.
