Being an EAP Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. To be an EAP Counselor typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Essential HealthCare Solutions LLC is responding to a contract opportunity. We are seeking behavioral health counselors to provide EAP short-term counseling services. Counselors must be licensed LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC counselors and you must be in an outpatient private practice/office providing in-person counseling to support this opportunity. The EAP Care Advocate position is an ideal role for clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting employee mental health, removing barriers to care and driving positive clinical and workplace outcomes.
Compensation
$90 to $100 per hour
Eligibility?
- Must be a United States citizen.?
- Must be licensed by a U.S. state or territory as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or the equivalent.
- Must be independently licensed without supervision.
- Speak fluent English.?
- Successfully complete credentialing and contracting process.
- Complete a background check and fingerprinting.?
- Complete training requirements?
- Currently practicing in an outpatient clinical setting
- Willing to schedule EAP counseling in-person sessions
