The Onsite EAP Counselor is a professional position responsible for providing onsite services to either a dedicated customer or customers in our overall book of business.
Responsibilities range from assessment and referral, management consultations, training, and critical incident response.
An Onsite EAP Counselor may also provide consultation to HR, program managers and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues.
Full time position : M-F with a varied work schedule of 7 : 30am-4pm and 8 : 30am-5pm
Mostly working from home but being available to travel to various sites for trainings
Position is non-exempt status and paid on an hourly basis
