    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • 2 years Experience working with underserved communities; preferably in one of the 14 Best Start communities.

    • 2 years Experience leading and organizing community resident trainings and workshops.

    • Experience working and collaborating with different community stakeholders.

    • Experience working on resident advocacy issues.

    • upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with project management strongly.

    • Volunteer management or supervisory experience.
