Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Oversee HSE processes.
• Organize, monitor, motivate and coach the team to improve productivity, inventory accuracy and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with the internal team to monitor requirements and ensure quality of service provided to customers but not limited to problem solving and continuous improvements.
• Oversee WMS system.
• Responsibility for coordinating transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
• Preparing and analyzing reports for the management team.
• Ensure constant improvement of operational KPIs.
• Support operational improvement initiatives as directed by management

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related courses.
• At least two (5) years of work experience in the related field.
• Preferably holding a supervisory role in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or its equivalent.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Possess technical knowledge or experience in handling and storage good practices of fresh produce.
• In-depth experience in using WMS in past roles.
• Past relevant leadership role is highly preferred.
• Relevant knowledge or experience in industry compliance is preferred.
• A good team player and able to lead a team independently
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
