We are a fast-growing dog grooming supply distribution company looking for an experienced E-Commerce Warehouse Manager. Previous e-commerce warehouse management experience required, including building a team, organizing inventory, and implementing WMS and process improvements.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and develop the warehouse team
• Set up and execute warehouse processes, including receiving inventory, product locations, picking and packing and shipping
• Actively participate in automating and perfecting inventory and warehouse management system
• Look for efficiencies and execute process and system improvements
• Embrace technology and look for opportunities to automate processes
• Analyze warehouse data and collaborate with the leadership team
• Assist the team in executing preparation for tradeshows related to merchandise stock
• Ensure warehouse department runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and uses EOS tools
• Work requirements: willing and able to climb high ladders while staying safe, lift boxes up to 50 lbs and work in a non-air conditioned warehouse

This is a management exempt and not an hourly position

Compensation: from $55,000 to $75,000/year on experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $26.00 - $36.00/hour.
