• Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the online store and sales for our brick-and-mortar store. Coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
• Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation
• Content management (including website)
• Cultivation of leads and sales
• Reputation management
• Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns
• Online sales and fulfillment
• Social Media design, maintenance,
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies and implement accordingly.
• Help with Sales operations and management in-store
