The E-commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the online marketing strategy to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase sales on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through online channels.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the E-commerce marketing strategy and execution with the goal to double online sales within 24 months.
· Design and implement various paid and organic acquisition strategies including online and other media channels.
· Create, manage, and measure the effectiveness of email and social media campaigns.
· Analyze and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Work toward targets aligned to both brand and sales strategies, managing KPIs like traffic, revenue, leads, CPA, ROAS, etc.
· Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
· Continuously optimize our channel mix to maximize results and ROI; analyze, allocate, and manage digital media investment; make recommendations and modifications to advertisement spending.
· Manage our digital agencies to build efficient paid media strategies.
· Work closely with the product team to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.
· Collaborate with company leaders to integrate the business strategy into the marketing program.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
· Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through online channels
· Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Experience with e-commerce platform Shopify is a plus
· Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Shift Hours:
This is a full-time position. Workdays start at approximately 8:00 am ET and conclude at 5:00 pm ET but could be extended to accommodate time differences and seasonal workload. Earlier start times and weekend hours may be required during seasonal peaks.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the majority of the shift to be seated at a computer terminal. This position will have frequent keyboard use throughout the day and viewing a computer screen for a long period of time.
Location:
This position may work remotely with prior management approval. However, there is an expectation that the employee is available to come to the office in Augusta, Maine as needed for meetings.
