```Job Summary:```

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing with our e-commerce director and marketing team, managing operations and optimizing product offerings to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring e-commerce initiatives, establishing deadlines, and enhancing the overall performance of our online store.

```Responsibilities:```

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and security.
• Collaborate with E-commerce director and web development teams to implement website enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor website performance through GA4 and other analytics, user experience, conversion rate and implement strategies to improve site traffic and online engagement.
• Analyze sales data, ecommerce metrics, and KPIs through GA4 and other analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee customer service processes and procedures to ensure timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

```Experience:```

• Analytical skills to track metrics and KPIs and identify trends and patterns in data.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• E-commerce experience to manage web content and optimize user experience.
• Marketing experience to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and revenue.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Magento
• Experience working in luxury retail or jewelry industry is a plus!
