The E-Commerce Manager is an advanced-level role performing a variety of duties to achieve our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail store teams. This position is the lead management role within the e-commerce department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities Production:
1. Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed.
2. Check the condition of items to ensure it meets defined quality standards.
3. Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work.
4. Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed.
5. Facilitate the flow of goods throughout the sales cycle; i.e., receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, reverse logistics, etc.
6. Receives, moves and places carts, containers and barrels containing donations, trash, and As-Is for processing in designated areas.
7. Loads and unloads containers and transports product to appropriate areas.
8. Tracks production output as well as product levels and records on appropriate forms.
9. Places appropriate storage labels on containers.
10. Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the day.
11. Record assigned metrics and complete daily reports.
