The E-commerce Business Manager will focus on driving growth for the Hayward e-commerce business unit by leveraging an objective-based mindset and delivering predictive data insights that inform and influence channel decisions. This person will lead the development of high-performance category management strategies that will support our customers in growing the overall aftermarket pool equipment category. Will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to provide customer-level and shopper insights that enable the development of a strong innovation pipeline and influence category-related research decisions.
