    Title: E-commerce Manager

    FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt

    Reports To: Sr. Director Omnichannel Brand Marketing

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    The Role

    The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for supporting the growth of our D2C E-commerce Brands through the management of website operations, production, merchandising, and the day-to-day execution to drive traffic and increase sales across our D2C platforms.

    Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners, this role will be charged with executing existing initiatives and developing new opportunities designed to increase engagement and improve the customer journey, resulting in customer satisfaction and the realization of brand revenue goals.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing the format and features of the website.
    • Manage website to ensure alignment with marketing/content calendars, promotions, and product releases.
    • Manage and test the development site for all new SKUs, product launches, and promotions before releasing them to the live site.
    • Support website roadmap and manage projects with web dev partners to ensure timely execution of website changes and enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for driving online presence behind key search terms, own SEO execution, and identify how shoppers navigate through the site and convert into purchases.
    • Support sales strategy for all e-commerce platforms; recommend cross-selling opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to maximize consumer engagement, product reviews, and customer feedback to optimize conversion on sites, and report on success metrics.
    • Define best practices and processes for UX/UI improvement.
    • Manage all online activity in relation to a/b testing, and reporting.
    • Perform research and analysis and conduct content and technical audits.
    • Create, manage, and deliver weekly and monthly reports on the performance of websites and the achievement of KPIs.
    • Monitor and manage analytics, insights, and dashboards for website performance.
    • Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and sales data to identify opportunities to optimize conversion rates.
    • Monitor page values and competition and content/key link placement.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and make recommendations for remaining relevant in the digital landscape.
    • Research the market to discover trends and technologies to improve website performance.
    • Own weekly e-commerce meeting agendas and recaps with clear next steps on deliverables.
    • Partner with operations to oversee all saleable and GWP SKUS inventory levels.
    • Work with the marketing team to create “on-site” landing pages to improve conversion rates (ie. targeted PLPs for influencers)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years of direct E-commerce management experience in direct-to-consumer CPG e-commerce required.
    • 2 years of experience working in and managing the Shopify platform required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to successfully grow an E-commerce brand in a CPG industry, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury goods.
    • Mastery of web analytics research tools (traditional, behavior, customer journey, content, and SEO) – Google Analytics (required); Triple Whale, Hot Jar preferred.
    • Experience in attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
    • Experience in UX/UI design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD
    • Strong acumen for analytics and data, both qualitative and quantitative, to help support business strategy decisions.
    • Ability to analyze website performance metrics and drive user behavior, translate metrics into meaningful insights and grow online sales through optimization of engagement and acquisition.
    • Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level.
    • Experience managing marketing and tech teams and managing agencies and vendors.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
    • Process-driven and extremely detail-oriented
