As a visionary creative graphic designer, you'll become Fifty Flowers’ champion in shaping our visual narrative, ensuring that each graphic design project captivates our clients hearts and converts them into our biggest fans. With your expertise and experience in the e-commerce realm, your designs will drive sales, create brand awareness, engage target audiences, and assist in implementing marketing strategies.

As our lead designer, you will excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. You sincerely believe that design is more than how something looks, but also how it feels and functions. We want your designs to be experienced, remembered, and loved.

What You'll Do:

• Brand Guardian: Uphold the integrity of our brand across digital platforms. Bring your keen eye for detail to the forefront, ensuring alignment with our aesthetic and brand bible. Lead brainstorming sessions, injecting your unique perspective to foster innovative design solutions. Juggle multiple projects with finesse, delivering exceptional results on time and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Creative Maestro: Challenge the conventional. Stay at the forefront of design trends and apply this knowledge to keep our brand ahead of the curve. Your role involves overseeing the creation of compelling designs for our campaigns and digital communications, focusing on visual storytelling and sophisticated design language.
• UX/UI Pioneer: Redefine the online shopping experience for our customers. Your designs will not just be seen – they'll guide users seamlessly through their journey, enhancing engagement and driving conversions.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work hand in hand with our marketing, product development, and technology teams. Your designs will be an integral part of our overall business strategy, aligning with marketing initiatives and product launches to make a significant impact.

Who You Are:

• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• A seasoned professional with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the e-commerce graphic design space.
• A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in digital design and successful campaign executions.
• Deeply knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms, UX best practices, and current industry trends.
• Skilled in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• An exceptional leader and communicator who inspires a team through your vision and guidance.
• Experienced in managing complex e-commerce projects, with a knack for adapting to shifting priorities based on data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have:

• Background in the floral industry.
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Experience in implementing AI with design.
