Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile eCommerce Administrator to join our team. This daily, in person role is responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders, scheduling and managing inbound and outbound shipping needs, managing inventory stock and supply, and for utilizing eCommerce tools and training to expand the knowledge-base of uses for our versatile product. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working solo and in a team, strong written communication skills, and able to multitask effectively. Food service, culinary, or herbalist experience a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, paying close attention to quality and order accuracy.
3. Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to schedule pickups and track shipments.
4. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of orders, inventory, and shipping details.
eCommerce Project Support:
1. Assist in project planning and execution by completing tasks as needed.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project meetings and stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure project milestones are met.
4. Provide administrative support to management.
General Duties:
1. Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of essential items.

Qualifications:
