We are looking for a Business Analyst Associate to join our team in the beautiful mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona, for summer ‘24. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and upkeep of financial models to project revenue, costs, and profitability
• Analyze financial datasets to extract meaningful insights that highly trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Conduct market research to identity and interpret trends in the space technology sector
• Execute market segmentation analysis to position Katalyst products and services in the market landscape
• Carry out SWOT analyses to assess the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities
• Engage directly with customers and manage pipelines to track relationships and support business development activities
• Create marketing materials and artifacts to enhance customer engagement and support marketing initiatives
• Help organize and attend meetings with stakeholders and potential clients

Qualifications:

Required:

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant business or technical discipline
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data analysis methods and tools, including model building techniques

Desired:

• Enrollment in an MBA program, highly preferred
• Interest or background in space technology, engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with Python
• Passion for space technology and exploration
