Roles &Responsibilities :
Responsible for the daily monitoring of device service and supplyalerts responding to and resolving service requests so deviceavailability meets service level agreements
Performs afull range of servicing and repair service procedures includingtroubleshooting diagnostics installation component replacementdevice hot swap removal and retrofits on assignedequipment
Utilizes remote support resources to resolveservice issues and minimize dispatch
Escalates issues toLevel 2 and technician resource support as necessary
Documents all service call and requestactivity using OFSC and other applications whenapplicable
Replenishes and replaces consumables andsupplies for devices at assigned locations
Responsiblefor the accurate management and maintenance of their parts supplyand asset inventories
Monitor and return unused andexcess RICOH owned supplies as PAR levels dictate
Adheres to IMACD process supporting functional tasks andcommunicating statuses in a timely manner
Demonstratestechnical expertise and good customer relation skills
Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assignedworkload and level of experience
Proactivelycommunicates to the customer the status of problemresolution
Provides regular updates including fleetstatus and performance to the Service Delivery fleetmanager(s)
Adherence to all RICOH and Customer safetyand security measures
Perform meter read or metercaptures at appropriate intervals for accurate billing
May travel between customers buildings and locations within aspecified geographic area
Manages device inventory andspares by assuring all records and required mapping isuptodate
Completes technical training on new equipmentas assigned
Supports equipment training
Supports inventory and implementation efforts
Completesall required administrative tasks in an accurate and timelymanner
Exhibits a professional appearance and positivedemeanor
Performs other duties as assigned
MinimumQualifications :
