Position Description
Information Technology Specialist – This is an information technology support position. The Information Technology Specialst will provide Tier 1 to Tier 2 support for several managed service SMB partners. This position will involve general troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, maintaining documentation, updating service tickets, and escalating issues to internal technical support and external vendor support resources. The technician will be responsible for clear and accurate communication with partners. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This position will be a Monday through Friday position from 8am to 5pm. This position is primarily on site at our office location in Batesville, AR, and may include some remote work options.
