About The Opportunity
We are searching for a Regional Safety Supervisor to support our New England operations. What you will be doing: - Ensure divisions and operations are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and Company standards; - Conduct field safety observations at MSHA/OSHA jobsites and Company facilities; - Collaborate with divisional and operational leadership on safety observations with a goal of on-the-spot corrections wherever possible, documenting as necessary in order to waterfall information; - Provide assistance with incident investigations, claims, safety trainings, and pre-blast surveys as needed; - Develop safety training materials and presentations for Company and/or MSHA training programs to reinforce company and regulatory compliance.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of individuals inside and outside of the Company; - Your impact will be directly related to your ability to be physically present throughout your assigned operating region both on a regular cadence, and also as needed in response to individual events.
About You
You are an experienced safety professional with a minimum of an Associate’s degree plus 3-5 years hands-on experience in the construction industry. You have a strong working knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations, record keeping, and injury management skills. You are well versed in coordinating the administration of safety training programs and metrics, and are familiar with the compliance aspects associated with BATF, DOT, DEP, HAZWOP, and HAZCOM. Aside from technical competency, dedication, enthusiasm, hard work, integrity, honesty, and responsibility are key indicators for us in any candidate interested in joining our world-class team.
