The Client Services Manager (CSM) contributes to company growth by nurturing client relationships across Cascade’s entire suite of services- drilling, site investigation, and remediation services. The CSM leads business development activities in their select geographic region targeting both new and lapsed clients. These activities include in-person and digital communications. The CSM has a full support team including field operations, marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, technical subject matter experts, and client experience.
As a key member of Cascade’s Revenue Team, the CSM collaborates with colleagues to establish and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth goals. The CSM will gain knowledge of the Cascade family of brands, service line value propositions, target market segments, and competitive landscape in the assigned market area.
