    As a full time Production Associate on 1st shift, you would work Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30 pm.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Operate drilling machines
    • Complete necessary training and certifications
    • Maintain continued operation of machines
    • Utilize proper handling methods
    • Follow material review board process
    • Recognize quality issues
    • Follow applicable processes
    • Comply with individual machine procedures
    • Facilitate access to equipment by maintenance personnel
    • Practice good housekeeping
    • Wear required personal protective equipment
    Essential Knowledge and Skills:
    • Ability to operate a computer
    • Ability to speak and understand English to the ability needed to complete the job
    • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
