Drilling Operations Manager manages daily drilling, production, and engineering operations for an organization. Manages the planning and execution of drilling projects, the development of oil and gas fields, and the analysis of reserves. Being a Drilling Operations Manager manages the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Plans and develops revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems. Additionally, Drilling Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Drilling Operations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Experience is a plus but not required. We will train you in the process.
Must be at least 18 years old and must be reliable, have a valid driver's license. Experience driving trucks from 3/4 to 1 ton with trailers helpful.
Must be able to follow work instructions and independently work on assigned tasks to the end.
Electrical and or plumbing experience helpful.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Must be in good shape and able to work outdoors in the heat and cold.
