Senior Helpers is looking for some one to run the Day-to-Day Operations and lead a team of caregivers. Ensure clients and caregivers alike are happy and taken care of.
This position will have a lot of freedom and could evolve into a revenue sharing compensation plan.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth
- Lead and manage a team of caregivers and staff members
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
- Development initiatives that will drive business
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to ownership
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects and initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Experience in leadership roles; Director of Operations or similar position in In-Home Care
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Demonstrated experience in business development and process improvement
- Excellent in customer care, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
