Position Overview: Are you ready to be a dynamic leader and make a significant impact? Yu Ying is seeking an enthusiastic Director of Operations to join our team! This essential role involves managing school operations, ensuring compliance, safety, legal adherence, and effective fiscal and human resource management.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support organizational strategies and conduct research for effective decision-making.
- Stay current on business policies and best practices, collaborating with reporting agencies.
- Provide oversight for facilities, meal operations, and front desk teams.
- Execute a robust communication model for direct reports, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop accountability systems and recognition programs for staff performance.
- Create and refine standard operating procedures for operational tasks.
- Offer strategic advice to COO in policy development and evaluation.
- Evaluate day-to-day operations, working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Oversee procurement processes for supplies, facilities, meals, and equipment.
- Collaborate with Educational Leadership Team (ELT) on key school functions.
- Manage school safety protocols, late pick-up procedures, and COVID-related initiatives.
- Supervise the school’s Patient Care Technician and ensure effective COVID protocol execution.
- Plan and facilitate cross-department COVID meetings, staying updated on health guidance.
- Support other business operation projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or management; some background in school or non-profit operations preferred
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities
Terms of Employment: 12 Months
- Working Environment: In-school. The role is based on-site and will grow to include another campus, which will result in interaction with students, parents and staff.
