Compensation: Depends on experience and paid training!
Schedule: 5-10 days at a time hitches 10-12 hour days, full-time 40 hours.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Drillers Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our drilling crew with your semi-skilled labor-intensive assistance. This dynamic position will put you in charge of operating various vehicles, equipment, and machinery, including but not limited to:
· Assist the driller, in whatever way they deem necessary to effectively complete the job at hand.
· In addition, jobs that may be required but not limited to: maintenance of the drill rig, auxiliary trucks, trailers, etc.; movement of equipment to the next location; packing up and cleaning of the job site; loading of materials or tools used; assisting in the process of laying down drill rods and making connections coming out of the hole.
You will also receive a daily per diem to help with food costs and hotels are paid for.
Qualifications:
· Be willing to travel to worksites throughout Montana and the western states.
· Travel to different locations!
· Be able to work 12 hour shifts for 5-10 days at a time
· Valid Driver's License, CDL is a bonus!
