Job Position: Architectural Drafter/ Project Manager *strong knowledge of construction documents

Work Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the in-house architectural team and construction team. As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the commercial construction sector. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of commercial projects working with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors. If you want a company that will give you the opportunity for career development and continued learning then this is the career for you.

As an Architectural Drafter/Project Manager you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards
• Utilize CAD software to develop 2D and 3D models
• Review and revise drawings as necessary
• Generate bills of materials for construction projects
• Maintain documentation of all drawings and revisions
