Position Title: Drafter

This is a full-time position, located in Hershey, PA. Position is creating Computer Aided Design Drawings (CADD) from previous renovations and/or additions to producing updated drawings based on exact specifications from multiple project drawings. To perform this job role, candidate should display good collaborative skills as well as the ability to act independently.

• Attend owner and contractor meetings as necessary
• Create Technical drawings as per the specifications and calculations provided
• Able to review drawings from various projects to create a single updated as built drawing using on site measurements, contractor as built drawings and original drawings
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent technical, analytic and mathematical skills

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in engineering, architecture or a related field
• Experience with computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks etc.
• Experience as a draftsperson in the engineering, architecture or construction field

Candidates will be required to pass all applicable criminal background checks for work on a K-12 academic campus.
