Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     NOTE: This role is a temporary engagement and after the study starts, slated to be full time 40 hours until the end of June 2024. Previous Clinical Research experience is not required.

    Clinical Research Coordinator’s Main Objective: Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies and assisting the Site Manager in leading and developing the site and team.


    • Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
    • Patient visits are accurate and efficient
    • Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
    • Seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time
    • Maintain site audit readiness at all times
    • Assist Central Quality Assurance Team and Site Manager with Quality Assurance
    • Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols


    Skills needed to win:


    • Preferred:  Experience in a patient facing healthcare setting
    • Preferred: B.S or B.A from any accredited university in any degree or transferrable experience
    • Preferred: Customer service experience highly preferred
    • Clinical research not required (but wonderful if you have it, of course!)
