Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Position Overview:
Offers organ and tissue donation in an empowering and inspiring manner; Leads donation conversations to consistently insures that families have every opportunity to make informed, proactive, enduring organ and tissue donation decisions; Achieves superior authorization rates equal to or greater than established organizational goal. Confidently communicates with health care team (HCT) to create a timely and collaborative plan for initiating the donation conversation. Adept at communicating with families in such a way that even more complex diagnosis and medical interventions becomes easy to understand. Collaborates with transplant coordinator and other clinical department personnel to maximize all donation opportunities. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
