Donor Research Coordinator jobs in Ohio
Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. LifeCenter Organ Donor Network, a Top Workplace non-profit organization is recruiting for a Full Time Hospital Services Coordinator. Our Hospital Services Coordinators are responsible for building relationships and providing education in local hospitals.
We are looking for a self-starter who can confidently present to groups of health care professionals about all aspects of the donation process. You must believe in our mission to save, heal and change lives through donation, while honoring those who gave, as this position plays an important role in maximizing donation opportunities.
Requirements
- College Degree in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Health Care, Communications, Social Work or equivalent is required
- A strong advocate for organ, tissue and eye donation
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with hospitals partners providing consistent education, presence and support
- Ability to navigate stressful situations and have a “problem solving” mindset
- Create strategic plans for hospitals that support a positive culture of donation
- Stay current on clinical practices and policies
- Participate in regular hospital visits which requires frequent driving and a physical demand of walking
- Must be able to work occasional evenings or weekends
