Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Focused on the donor experience and relationship with St. Luke's Health Foundation, the Donor Relations Coordinator leads donor relations activities, including drafting donor correspondence, coordinating regular stewardship communications, strategizing on donor recognition and stewardship opportunities, updating donor information in software program, and various special donor stewardship projects and activities.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
